The flexible conveying systems by ZANCANER make it possible to create both flat and inclined paths. Curves have a 300 mm minimum radius.
They consist of an aluminium structure that hosts a multi-flexible chain with a standard 90-mm-large flat top. The chain can be made of either polyamide resins or other materials such as stainless steel. The system is complemented by side guides that support the product or the tray being handled. They are used for moving products from the production area to the packaging system.
The product to be handled can be directly positioned on the flexible chain if its shape makes this possible. When objects require a dedicated support, special “trays?? are provided which are laid on the chain, with a template used to maintain the piece in the right position. To complete this system ZANCANER supplies shunters, expellers, selection stations and much more.
