Machine for wrapping yarn bobbins - Mod. Rocpack

Automatic wrapping of yarn bobbins, conical and cylindrical, with an outside diameter of 150 up to 300 mm, into polyethylene film, without welding. Our system assures a very nice look of the bobbins and unwrapping easily at the moment of the use.

Machine for wrapping twisted yarn or carbon fiber bobbins - Mod. Rocpack/O

The machine is suitable to wrap with plastic film (PVC, PP or POF) cylindrical bobbins with external diameter 120÷250 mm. The wrapping will be done by utilising single film, with thickness from 15 to 20 microns, on rolls having maximum diameter 240 mm and width 450 mm. Machine is feeded by peg-trays where operator loads bobbins. A following oven is suitable to make the thermo-shrinkage on the bobbins wrapped. Single bobbin weighting and labelling are possible options for this system.

Machine for wrapping synthethic yarn bobbins - Mod. Rocpack/V

The machine wraps automatically bobbins of synthethic yarn having diameter from 160 to 300 mm with tube length up to 300 mm. The wrapping is obtained inserting the edges of the polyethylene sheet inside the tube by means of a suction, without any contact between the yarn and parts of the machine.

Machine for wrapping synthethic or dyeing yarn bobbins - Mod. Rocpack/N

This system is suitable to wrap yarn bobbins having tube length 290 mm (winding width 250 mm) cylindrical, with diameter min. 180 and max. 230 mm, loaded, one by one, onto the feeding conveyor chain of the machine itself. The wrapping is realised with polyethylene or BOPP perforated shrink film in rolls, minimum thickness of the film 0,04 mm by welding it as a tube, around the bobbin (leaving the bobbin core open); furthermore, an oven will provide the thermo-shrinking of the wrapping film around the bobbin.
