We developed many solutions for the palletizing of the reels, from the anthropomorphic robot with a special personalized pincer to palletizers with cartesian axles on rails.
The taking devices, being the main parts of the palletizing systems, are custom-tailored and suitable for the types and dimensions of the reels that must be managed.
There is the chance to palletize the reels according to customer’s patterns, to place a separator between the layers and place the reels onto the pallet either in vertical (eye to sky) or in horizontal (eye to wall).
The interlayer between the layers that can be made of paper, film or bubble wrap eventually custom cut from a roll.
