Who are we
For over 40 years ZANCANER has
been devoting its efforts to meet requests and requirements about
automation within textile and manufacturing industry.
Established
in the 60's, the firm developed projects of the first bobbin packing
machines, and then labelling, boxing machines and systems for
humidification as well.
Nowadays we supply with
full-automated plants for handling and packaging of every kind of cone
or bobbin.
A continuous
diversification of textile products involves several new customers
needs which require a steady adjustment of planning and production.
Answering these needs is the aim of ZANCANER production in the last
few years.
Actually our high versatility in applying automations both on standard
machinery and ex-novo projects lets us comply with any customer's
peculiar requests.
For this purpose our planning staff
has been developed providing them with the most modern informatics
instruments as CAD 3D and programs for stock lists and production
schedule. These investments make us get a high
quality level and reduce 'time to market'.
All machines making up our plants are
designed and produced in our seat. That ensures quality and accuracy
of any detail and therefore an effective customer service. Thanks to steady efforts and pursuit
of improvement of all our staff, on October 2003 ZANCANER SRL obtained
the Quality System Certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001-2000
VISION rules.
The main goal of every ZANCANER
project is to ensure the greatest efficiency in any step of production
of the customer with a special regard to production capacity, both in
a single machine and the whole plant.
Our planning system is conceived to
reduce and rationalize labour. Employment of staff in better working
conditions and safety gets the firm saved time. Moreover, the staff
itself can be appointed to further tasks stepping up production
capacity.
